Canvas

Canvas is the Learning Management System (LMS) that all students should use to access course material at ICC. These instructions, and the online orientation, use Canvas in order for you to become more familiar with it.

These instructions did not have you sign into anything to see the page. However, once you start going through the online orientation module, you will need to log in. Here is what the log in box looks like:

Your username was provided to you when you were accepted to ICC. It should be in the format of your initials followed immediately by three numbers. Some students also have a letter after those three numbers. Example is ab123; another example is cd456a.
If you do not know your username, click here.
The default password is ICC followed immediately by the last FIVE digits of your Social Security Number. Example: ICC67890

You will need the following in order to participate in this course:

Computer hardware requirements:
- A laptop or desktop computer
- An internet connection
- Speakers or headphones – built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth
Computer software requirements:
- Web Browser
Internet web browser requirements:
- Up-to-date
- Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are recommended
